 House Rules 

• No Smoking - This includes cigarettes, weed, and vaping inside the house.  
• No Pets - This is non-negotiable, no matter how small or cute. 
• Clean Up After Yourself - Especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.
• Be Respectful - Keep noise levels reasonable, especially at night. 
• Report Any Issues Promptly - If something needs attention, let me know. 
• Rent is Due on the 1st - Late payments may result in fees or termination of rental agreement.
• Guests Are Welcome - Friends and family can visit, O/N guests should be discussed in advance.
• 14-Day Notice Before Moving Out - A courtesy to allow time for finding a new tenant

A Few words from the homeowner

I aim to create a harmonious and comfortable living environment for everyone in the house. Mutual respect, conflict avoidance, and common sense are fundamental to maintaining this atmosphere.

The entire house, except for my office and bedroom, is open for all tenants to use. However, I kindly ask that personal belongings be kept in your rooms, with the exception of bathroom essentials such as personal hygiene items and towels.

Additionally, any form of hostility, including profanity, violent behavior, threats, drug use (besides THC products), or any actions that disregard common sense, will not be tolerated. Violation of these expectations will result in the immediate termination of your rental agreement.
